Operative Locations

Some services, such as writing prescriptions, Personal Consultations without extensive physical or instrumental examination may be carried out at our First Aid Point. Complicated treatments take place in our Medical Outpatient Clinic. Always pay attention to which location we asked you to come in. See below.

Directions to our First Aid Point

Public Transportation to “Újbuda-központ”: Trams number 4, 6, 41, 47. Metro number 4.

For scheduled personal appointments at our First Aid Point:
You must ring Doorbell (Intercom) 16 at the outside green metal gate.
Dial 1 and 6 then wait for the ringtone and our response. We will ask for your name and let you through.
After passing the gate, at the brown wooden door of the building you again have to ring Doorbell (Intercom) 16.

Inside the building you have to take the elevator or climb up the turning stairs to the 1st Floor, displayed as “I. EMELET”, and wait in front of the elevator.
Our door will be on the right hand side as you come up the turning stairs or step out of the elevator on Floor 1.

You must contact us first before you come for any Appointment.
We are not staying at our First Aid Point the whole day, you may not find anybody there if you just show up unexpected, unannounced.

We can generally accommodate a maximum of 2 visitors at our First Aid Point for Personal Consultations. More than 2 visitors must be announced in advance. No pets are allowed. Free WiFi is available.
Visitors must show us an original and valid picture identification document (e.g. passport, driver license, national ID card). Photos or copies may be accepted with paying a surcharge of 30-60 EUR.

Medical Outpatient Clinic

You must contact us first before you come for any Outpatient Clinic appointment.
We may be out of office seeing patients in town for House Calls, therefore may not constantly stay in our Clinics the whole day. You will not find a doctor there if you just show up unexpected, unannounced.
You must always show us your original and valid picture identification document (e.g. passport, driver license, national ID card).

Fehérvári út 12; Budapest, H-1117; 4th Floor, Room Number # 410

Instructions: Do NOT go to the Reception on the Ground  Floor, do NOT try to register there.
Reception is for public services only, so they will likely not know about the Private Clinic schedules.

If you have not pre-paid for the services, then call us when you are in the building and proceed to the given Private Clinic Room directly. Our Doctors may not wait for you in the room but will arrive to meet you shortly after your call.
A public coin operated telephone is available on the Ground Floor in front of the Reception.
Free “HGH-Wifi” is usually available at room 410, password: “HGHguest1”.

You may use the parking lot of Allee Shopping Center, that is located conveniently in a 50 meter walking distance from our clinic site.
